News from the Directors of YWAM Tampa
Dear Family and Friends,
David and Ellen and I just returned from a six week ministry trip to Asia and -- though exhausted -- are excited by all the doors the Lord opened for us. We ministered in schools, churches, universities, Theater and Bible study groups and YWAM training centers in Malaysia, Cambodia and Korea.
We did tag-team preaching and teaching, David performed "King David," and in Kuala Lumpur, Ellen and David premiered their new 1 hour concert version of Judah Ben-Hur the Musical. At the end of each concert, it was a blessing to see the crowds give roaring standing ovations, with shouts praise to the Lord for several minutes. But even more exciting were the numbers of people that came forward for prayer.
An added blessing of this trip was getting to spend time with our kids and grandkids in Korea, in addition to spending time with our "adopted" family members in Cambodia, Malaysia and Korea.
David continues to be based in NYC, pursuing God's highest for that city. King David ran off-Broadway for 3 months (www.KingDavidMusical.com), and he is planning a tour through churches, universities and theaters for next year. Calah and Moon divide their time between family, radio program and the hospital; Sean, Anne and children are doing well and return to Chiang Mai Thailand on Dec.20, so please keep them all in your prayers. It looks like this next six months we will continue to be on the road quite a bit. As our schedule becomes more clear we will (hopefully) communicate when we will be in your area so we can reconnect with old friends!
