Dear Family and Friends
We are so grateful for all of your love and support over the years. Here is a quick update: The Sanborns on CBN/ 700 CLUB Last week, a producer and camera man for CBN/ 700 CLUB spent the day with us, interviewing and filming the story of Art’s miraculous recovery after becoming a quadriplegic. We were told that the show should air in a few weeks, so we will let you know when we know something. We were very encouraged! YWAM Tampa We are excited to have two new staff members. Jeff and Sue Murton, from U.K. Just in time too, as we hold our first U of N training school in October. The Performing Arts DTS (PADTS) will start October 1, 2007 and the Basic Leadership School (BLS) begins September 24, 2007. Both will be University of the Nations accredited and outreach will be to Asia and the Pacific. If you know of anyone who would be interested, as staff or students, please point them toward our website: www.ywamtampa.com We are growing together as a church family. Although we have planted churches in Asia and pastored for 2 years in the USA (Halpine Church in Rockville, MD), this is the first time we have actually started a church in the USA. Quite a challenge! Rob and Linda Francis brought a YWAM team to us not long ago and blessed us by painting and cleaning. We are expecting another team in July. We still have a LOT of work to do on the building as well as ministry in the neighborhood, so send us your teams! Our Family Were any parents ever prouder of their family? Don’t get us started! They are all well and happy. Sean and Anne, as many of you know, gave birth to a beautiful, healthy little girl on May 7. They waited many years for her and have posted pictures on the family website at www.sanborns.org. Calah, Moon and little Jonah moved to Korea in February and are expecting a little girl in August, soooo…we will be in Asia at that time to meet both of our granddaughters! David is playing the lead role of Jesus at the Miracle Theater in Pigeon Forge , Tennessee for the whole year. It’s quite the production and we are hopeful that those producers will be interested in Judah Ben-Hur. Go see the show if you have the chance. “A Walking Miracle” YWAM Publishing is hoping to have the book on the shelves by the time the 700 Club segment airs. Meanwhile the book can be purchased here: We are so grateful for all of your prayers and support! In His amazing love, Art and Ellen |
