Our passion and calling is to fulfill the Great Commission in our generation.
We believe that every nation, tongue, tribe and people group need to discover that Jesus Christ is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords is. At YWAM Tampa, we have a call to:
Mobilize local churches to accept the challenge of local and world evangelism. We hope to accomplish this through programs like Kings Kids, MWM (Migrant Workers Ministries), Christian Concert and film Series, Creative Arts programs, Theater productions, Mission Resources, Mobile Teams, Mission Trips and the “Bless 301 Project”.
Mobilize and train Christians of all ages through DTS (Discipleship Training Schools), DTW (Discipleship Training Week), SOFM (School of Frontier Missions) BLS (Gideon Project) and mission trips with special focus on the performing arts and frontiers

Train and send out long term missionaries to the neediest countries of Southeast Asia: especially targeting the countries of Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Our strategy is to serve the existing YWAM ministries in those areas through internship programs. |

Worship on a daily basis as a team and through weekly meeting open to the community.
Be a Family of Ministries: becoming a family of ministries within the larger family of YWAM especially supporting and facilitating those who are working as missionaries in the secular arena of the performing arts, those with traveling speaking and performing ministries, and those sent out from our location into foreign missions
